Installation of Virtualbox + Kali on macOS Big Sur (M1 chip)

I am able to download the virtualbox but not able to successfully install and run any of the OS mentioned in the course. I tried Windows 10 ISO, Kali ova, but when I go to the “Settings” I always see this error message and not able to proceed with installation of the OS :

The hardware virtualization is enabled in the Acceleration section of the System page although it is not supported by the host system. It should be disabled in order to start the virtual system.

I tried to disable the option from the mentioned screen, but then the “Ok” is always disabled and I can’t apply any of the selections done.

Can someone lead me to the resolution?

I think you still need Parallels for the M1 chip macbooks.
