I have downloading both programs but i cant seem to get 7-zip to open it? I get an error message from HP HELPPPPPPP
If you share a screenshot of the error it would help.
HP requires virtualization to be turned on separately in BIOS.

I already enabled that this is what it says
I would suggest reinstalling the Kali and try opening it using 7zip. It may be the case of broken download of the file that’s why it is not opening.
I’m still having trouble downloading it any other suggestions?
I’m so lost right now LOL on the kali website which do I download, i got lso many different options
If you are just using the Kali for virtualization then download from this link - Get Kali | Kali Linux
Choose the recommended one depending on which software you are using.
