Question bit off topic

Partition 2 does not start on physical sector boundary.
i get this message in linux with partition 2 its in red, and when i go to in disks it just shows a minus - sign and the little gears meaning options. it starts and runs fine just seems a bit off .
I had a hard time getting linux in this machine its an HP 15’ notebook but its one that came with hyper V back about 2014 it has been turned off until just recently. Now they have the virtual tech in windows 10 like its new, I changed over to linux about a week ago its been a fight every inch of the way. one 72 hour stretch then it fouled, so i turned everything off in the bios way of loading except 2 and it loaded right up on the real notebook disk not the virtual disks. its running good now. except this message and that partition not mounted and showing that message. Partition 2 does not start on physical sector boundary.
any answers would be greatly appreciated
