Socket.error: [Errno 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

please while running the code it returned socket.error am i have been trying to fix it all day. Kindly help me out

Can you ping that IP address from the machine from which you are running this code? If yes, then try checking if something is running on port 4444 on victim machine. Are you doing this in your VM only or some other machine in your network? The issue can be from your firewall too.

Yes i can ping. Yes it’s only VM. I have turned off the firewall and it’s still the same thing
