[Solved] Dual Boot Windows and Debian

I have only completed the first Lecture on Cyber Security, so this question maybe premature so I will apologize if it is. My question is: If I am using a Dou Boot Computer with Windows 10 as primary and Debian in a New Volume created by Windows, is there an exposure or risk that a person (or non person such as software) could see the main partition or the system reserve when using Debian? If yes to what level? And would you ever use a Dou Boot Computer? The reasonable side of me says there is a risk after completing your first course, but not sure.

Correct there is a risk. This is covered in the lecture on dual booting. Depending on how you are storing files one operating system could be used to compromise the other. There is no real isolation of the file systems with dual boot.
