I’m having problems with VMware. When I double click the file to open it, it soon pops up saying ‘this product does not support downgrades’.
I’m not sure how to fix this as VMware used to work previously but then it updated and I haven’t been able to get it to work since.
Did you download the file from VMWare’s official website? If not then do that and try. Also uninstall Vmware from your system before installing an updated one just in case.
yes i downloaded the file from the official site and ive also uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it still doesnt work
okay never mind I got it fixed, I went to the VMware site and some other people had the same issue as me and found the solution there.
