Win10 virtualbox installing error

hello, please i’m having issues installing the MSEdge win10 virtual box inside my kali linux. Here is the screenshot of the error message

please i’m lost here since i’m new to hacking. After the first step which is “BIG-IP LTM Virtual Edition (.ova format)”. Am i going to install the virtual machine first before converting it? Because i tried step 2 after downloading it and my command prompt is telling me that “system can’t find the speified path”

You can download windows 11 VM from their official website - https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/virtual-machines/. I think they have removed windows 10 download. Follow these steps to import it into VirtualBox after installing - https://www.makeuseof.com/virtualbox-70-install-windows-11/
