Wine can't find python27.dll while installing pyinstaller

I am trying to install windows pyinstaller on linux using wine. My command and error message are below:

sudo wine .wine/drive_c/Python27/python.exe -m pip install pyinstaller
[sudo] password for kali:

002c:err:module:import_dll Library python27.dll (which is needed by L"Z:\home\kali\.wine\drive_c\Python27\python.exe") not found
002c:err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Importing dlls for L"Z:\home\kali\.wine\drive_c\Python27\python.exe" failed, status c0000135

I found python27.dll in ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32
but it doesn’t look like that wine cares about this one.

before this command I executed following commands:

dpkg --add-architecture i386

apt-get update

apt-get install wine32

winecfg
wine msiexec /i python-2.7.14.msi
wget https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py
wine .wine/drive_c/Python27/python.exe get-pip.py

I am taking the course Learn Python & Ethical Hacking From Scratch from Zaid section 15 sub section “Installing Windows Pyinstaller on Linux”
Can anybody help me with this?
Thank you very much.

Did you download python2.7 separately?

wget https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.14/python-2.7.14.msi
Run the above command then run wine msiexec /i python-2.7.14.msi

Thank you. Yes I already had the python downloaded. I have opened two topics in here which are mostly the same in the second topic I asked what is the proper commands to install wine and pyinstaller.
I have followed all your steps in my second topic and it went all the way to the last step which actually install pyinstaller. I added couple screen shots in my other topic. Thank you sir.
